Parents,

Beginning February 1^st, we are accepting Registration for the 2021-2022 School Year. To complete this process, please complete these three(3) steps:

1. Sign the Financial & Cooperation Agreement – To complete this step, you will need to go to https://form.jotform.com/210143561783048 . You will only need to complete this form one time for the family. 
2. Complete the Childcare Documentation – If your child is 12 years or younger, you will need to complete the childcare documentation. To complete this step, you will need to go to https://form.jotform.com/210265083315043 . You will need to fill out this form for each of your children that are 12 years or younger. 
3. Establish a Smart Tuition account for 2021-2022 –  To complete this step, you will need to go to https://enrollwithsmart.com . You will need your current username/password for Smart tuition to complete this step.  You will need to pay your registration and Smart Account fees to secure your registration.

After you complete these steps, you will be registered for the 2021-2022 school year. We will send you a notification. After this is secured, we will ask you to review and update your Alma information.
